We take particular pride in our ability to work with each and every one of our customers to address their specific product and market needs. ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Quality Commitment
The Plastics Group of America takes quality seriously, and in December 1996 became one of the few medium-size compounders in the U.S. to comply with the international quality standard.
The Importance of ISO Certification
At The Plastics Group, every effort is taken to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality; in fact, it is required to retain ISO certification.
An example of how ISO certification helps The Plastics Group's customers is the ensured product quality of Polifil® resins, which is directly based on customer requirements and specifications. This information is utilized to develop a specific customer profile for each Polifil® product ordered.
Each time a customer places an order, the Polifil® customer profile is cross-referenced to ensure product integrity and continuity for lot-to-lot consistency. This enables The Plastics Group to consistently supply the customer with product that meets all of their requirements and specifications. It essentially provides customers with an 'insurance policy' that the resin being purchased from The Plastics Group is quality tested and approved.
Please feel free to contact The Plastics Group if you have any questions regarding our ISO 9001 certification.

The NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 certification is a mark of distinction which provides TPG customers with assurance that their final product is safe for use in drinking water.
NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 testing covers all products with drinking water contact from source to tap, and determines what contaminants may migrate or leach from your product into drinking water. Certification confirms TPG’s Polifil® WS product line products are below the maximum levels allowed to be considered safe.
